Barriere Construction built this home at 1908 Hitchcock Ave. in Downers Grove, Illinois – one of the many service areas we work in. This home was built with the environment in mind. Being Energy Star Certified, high energy windows were installed, insulation was upgraded to reduce heating and cooling expenses and increasing energy efficiency and reducing carbon output. Additionally, the home was built with sustainable materials including James Hardie board siding and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) paints and stains which increases air quality.

This home was built keeping in mind the modern amenities and requests desired by many of our customers.
